SMS Communications Policy
Please read these terms carefully before using our services or opting in to SMS communications.

Section 01 - About JJ's Relocation Services
JJ's Relocation Services is a professional junk removal and property solutions company serving residential and commercial clients. Our services include:
Junk Relocation & Removal - Commercial & Residential Junk Removal - Properly Turnover & Clean Outs - Heavy Demolition Removal - Material, Equipment, & Good Pick Ups
By accessing our website, booking a service, or opting in to receive SMS communications from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or provide your phone number for SMS enrollment.
Section 02 - SMS Messaging Program — Description & Opt-In
What messages you will receive:
By voluntarily opting in through the consent checkbox on our website contact or booking form, you agree to receive SMS text messages from JJ's Relocation Services, including appointment confirmations, service updates, and occasional promotional messages related to junk removal and property services.
Prior Express Written Consent Notice:
By checking the opt-in box on our web form, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from JJ's Relocation Services at the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Pre-checked boxes are not used — opt-in is always voluntary and affirmative. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time
We do not purchase or acquire consent lists. All opt-ins are collected directly and voluntarily through our website form. Consent is recorded with a date/time stamp and the source form for compliance record-keeping.
Section 03 - How to Cancel / Opt-Out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to +1(323)794-0055. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you a final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
Opt-out requests are honored immediately and automatically — no further messages will be sent after a STOP command is received, except for the single confirmation message.
You may also opt out using the keywords: STOP - QUIT - END - CANCEL - UNSUBSCRIBE
If you wish to rejoin our SMS program after opting out, simply sign up again through our website form and we will resume sending messages to you.
Section 04 - Sender Identification
Every text message we send — especially the first message — will clearly identify the sender as JJ's Relocation Services. You will always know who is contacting you. We will never send anonymous or misleadingly labeled messages.
Section 05 - Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Users receive messages as needed for appointment confirmations, service updates, and service communication for optimal customer satisfaction. Promotional messages are sent occasionally and will not exceed reasonable frequency.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Section 07 - Prohibited Content Policy (SHAFT)
JJ's Relocation Services strictly complies with all mobile carrier content standards. Our SMS messages will never contain content prohibited under the SHAFT classification:
S:Sexual Content
H: Hate Speech
A: Alcohol Promotion
F: Firearms Content
T: Tobacco Promotion
All messages are limited to legitimate business communications related to junk removal, property services, appointment scheduling, and service updates.
Section 08 - Consent Records & Audit Trail
JJ's Relocation Services maintains records of all SMS opt-in consent, including the date and time of consent, the source form or channel through which consent was provided, and the phone number and identity of the consenting party. These records are retained for a minimum of four (4) years and are available upon lawful request to demonstrate compliance with applicable regulations including the TCPA and CTIA guidelines.
Section 09 - Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. JJ's Relocation Services is not responsible for any delays in the transmission of SMS messages caused by your wireless carrier or network conditions outside of our control.
Section 10 - Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. If you have any questions regarding privacy or how we handle your personal information, please read our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes without your express consent.
Section 11 - Changes To These Terms
JJ's Relocation Services reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted to our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our SMS program following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
